At Seventh Heaven, we take care of the little details so you can focus on looking fabulous. That’s why we’re pleased to cover all standard shipping costs on your order! If you need your extensions faster, no problem—just choose one of our expedited options, and we’ll deliver as quickly as you need.
Shipping Methods
Here are the delivery options you can choose from:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 4-8 business days. And guess what? Seventh Heaven covers the entire cost for you!
- Rush Shipping: Want your hair magic in just 2 business days? We’ve got you covered. You’ll simply pay the difference for this expedited option at checkout.
- Express Shipping: Need it even faster? Get your order delivered by the next business day. For Express Shipping, you’ll pay the difference, and we’ll make sure your package is on its way in a flash.
All orders are processed within 1 business day of receiving your order, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Tracking Your Order
We know you're excited to get your extensions, so once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number to follow your package’s journey. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 48 hours after shipping.
Address Accuracy
Double-check those shipping details! Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays or issues with delivery, so make sure your information is spot-on. If changes need to be made after you’ve placed your order, contact us immediately at info@7thHeavenHair.com. We’ll do our best to assist, but if the order is already processed, we might not be able to adjust the address.
Delivery Details
Your package will typically be delivered to your door or mailbox. If the courier deems it unsafe to leave the package unattended, they may hold it at a local post office or attempt redelivery. We recommend choosing a location where someone can accept the delivery to avoid any issues.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is automatically calculated and added at checkout, based on your shipping address. These taxes comply with state regulations, and Seventh Heaven does not retain any portion of them.

- For Rush or Express Shipping, you’ll pay the difference between the standard shipping cost and the expedited option of your choice. We’ll show you the exact cost at checkout, so there are no surprises.

Exchange and Return Policy

We get it – finding your perfect shade online can be a challenge, and we’re here to make sure your experience is smooth from start to finish.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
At 7th Heaven, we offer hassle-free exchanges and returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the products are unopened, unworn, and in their original condition. Please note that all Final Sale items are non-refundable and only eligible for store credit or exchange. Styling tools and hair accessories are also final sale.
Tester Weft Must Be Included
We include a tester weft with each of our hair extension sets to help you ensure the perfect match before committing. To qualify for an exchange or return, the tester weft must be included in its original, unaltered condition. If the tester weft is tampered with or missing, unfortunately, we cannot process your return or exchange. No tester weft, no refund—simple as that!
How to Exchange Your Extensions
Changed your mind or need a different color? No problem! Follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our team at returns@7thHeavenHair.com within 30 days of receiving your extensions.
- Prepare Your Return: Ensure the extensions are unopened and in their original packaging, and don’t forget the tester weft!
- Ship It Back: Please send your return to the following address: Seventh Heaven Hair Extensions, 12693 Old Virginia Road, Reno, NV 89521. Kindly note that shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive your package and confirm it meets our criteria, we’ll ship out your new set right away.
Return Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products, but if something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered. You can return unopened extensions for a refund within 30 days. Keep in mind:
- Returns must be in original packaging with the tester weft included.
- Final Sale items, styling tools, and hair accessories are non-refundable.
- Once the seal on your extensions is broken, we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons.
To start your return, email us at returns@7thHeavenHair.com and we’ll send you the next steps. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Timeline
Once your return reaches our facility, we’ll inspect it within 5-7 business days. If all requirements are met, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow extra time for your financial institution to reflect the refund.
Final Sale Items
Products marked as Final Sale can only be exchanged for store credit or a different item as long as they are unopened and still sealed. This applies to Final Sale extensions, styling tools, and accessories.
