Rely on the images - we spent a lot of time getting those up close pictures of the hair swatches just right so that you they are an exact representation of the shade you will receive. Each shade is a blend of shades to make matching with your natural hair much easier. Pick the shade that is the closest to your hair color. Keep in mind that you don't want to bleach or lighten your extensions, it will weaken the hair. You and/or your stylist should first open the enclosed tester weft and hold it up to your hair, see how it blends in. Don't open the rest of the hair until you're sure that you're keeping the product.

What's the best lighting to check my hair color match?

Natural daylight is your best friend. Stand near a window or step outside to compare the tester weft with your natural hair. Indoor lighting can distort tones, but sunlight always tells the truth.

What if the extensions don't match my hair color?

Before opening the full set, use the included tester weft to check the shade. If it’s not a perfect match, contact us to initiate an exchange. Remember: Once the seal on your extensions is broken, we cannot accept returns.
