Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Accuracy

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@SeventhHeavenHair.com. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

Delivery

Packages are delivered directly to your mailbox or doorstep. If your delivery location is considered unsecured, your package may be held at a nearby facility for pickup.

Taxes

Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address.

Returns &Exchanges

If your order isn’t quite right, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges. Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Extensions must be unopened, unworn, and in original packaging
• Final Sale items may be exchanged for store credit
• Styling tools &accessories are Final Sale and eligible for store credit only

Tester Weft

Every set includes a tester weft. Use it to assess color before unsealing the full set. Once the netting is opened on the clip-ins, we cannot accept the return.

Exchange Instructions

1. To initiate a return or exchange, Visit Our Returns Portal within 30 days of delivery. Simply enter your order number and shipping ZIP code, then click "Get Started." Follow the guided steps to complete your request. 

2. Keep extensions sealed in original packaging.

Refund Timeline

Returns are inspected within 5–7 business days of arrival. Approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may require additional processing time.
