Orders placed before 12 PM MT (Mon–Fri) ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM ship the next business day.

Tracking is emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for carrier updates to appear.

Not obsessed? No stress. We offer 30-day returns or exchanges on eligible items—because you should only wear hair you love.

Eligibility &Return Conditions

To keep everything safe (and hygienic), we follow strict guidelines:

• Extensions must be unopened, unworn, and in original packaging.
• A tester weft is included in every set—use it to confirm your match before opening the full set.
• Once the hygiene seal is broken, the item becomes final sale.
• Accessories and styling tools are final sale.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping.
