At Seventh Heaven, we handle the details so you can focus on looking and feeling your best. That’s why we cover all standard shipping costs—because fabulous hair shouldn’t come with extra fees. Need your extensions ASAP? We offer expedited options, so you get your luxury hair, your way.

🚚 Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: FREE – Delivery in 4–8 business days.
  • Rush Shipping: 2 business days – Pay only the difference.
  • Express Shipping: Next business day – Just cover the upgrade fee.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

📦 Track Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

🔍 Address Accuracy

Typos happen—email info@7thHeavenHair.com ASAP to correct your address before shipping. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change it.

📬 Delivery Details

Your extensions will be delivered to your door or mailbox. If the courier determines your location is not secure, they may hold your package at a local facility or attempt re-delivery.

💸 Sales Tax &Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Free
  • Expedited Shipping: Pay the difference at checkout
  • Sales Tax: Calculated at checkout based on your shipping address

🔄 Returns &Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return &exchange policy—because we want you to be obsessed with your new hair.

🛍 Eligibility

  • Unopened, unworn extensions in original condition (within 30 days)
  • Final Sale items eligible for exchange/store credit only
  • Styling tools &accessories are Final Sale – eligible for store credit only

🧵 Your Tester Weft

Each set includes a tester weft—use it before breaking the seal. Need a new shade? Keep the seal intact and contact us!

Important: All returns/exchanges must include the tester weft in original condition.

🔁 Exchange Process

  1. Email returns@7thHeavenHair.com within 30 days.
  2. Keep extensions unopened and in original packaging, including tester weft.
  3. Ship to:

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

🛑 Return Policy

  • Unopened extensions may be returned within 30 days for refund.
  • Final Sale items &styling tools are non-refundable.
  • Opened/used extensions are not eligible for return due to hygiene standards.

⏳ Refund Timeline

We inspect returns within 5–7 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are processed in 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

🎨 Not Sure About the Color?

Use the tester weft before breaking the seal. If it’s not quite right, contact us for a recommendation or exchange option.
