Step 1: Find the Right Light

Your hair isn’t the same shade in every lighting situation—just like that foundation that looked great in your bathroom but turned neon in daylight. Stand in front of a window or find a sunlit spot to see your hair’s true tones before picking a match. Each shade shows multiple model shots to show you how the shade can look different under different lighting.

Step 2: Focus on the color from mid-to-ends

Your mid-lengths and ends tell the real story—especially if you highlight, balayage, or color your hair. That’s where your clip-ins should blend seamlessly. Focus on the pictures of each color swatch - we've photographed them in neutral lighting so that they give the most accurate representation of what the color will look like.

Step 3: Measure Like a Pro

Measuring from your ear, this ensures that your extension length is accurate, blending like they were always meant to be there. No awkward layers—just effortless length and volume.

Pro Tip: Take a few photos of your hair in natural light, focusing on the mid-to-ends, so you have a reference when selecting your shade. Trust us—it makes all the difference.

How to Apply Your Clip-Ins

Start with tangle-free hair and create a horizontal parting near the nape of your neck. Clip the top layer up and out of the way. Open the clips on your weft, position them just below the part, and snap them closed. Continue parting, clipping, and layering wefts as you move up the head for a seamless blend. Add side pieces to frame your face. Once all wefts are in, style as desired using a brush or heat tools. To remove, gently open all clips and lift the wefts away—no pulling needed.

Upgrade fee applies. Delivers one business day after shipment. Orders must be
placed before 12 PM MT (Monday–Friday) to qualify for next-day delivery.

Overnight Shipping – Fastest Delivery Available
Upgrade fee applies. Ships and delivers overnight on the next business day.
Ideal for urgent orders—perfect for last-minute events. Orders placed after 12
PM MT may ship the following business day.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding
holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM MT are processed the next business day.

Important Note on “Next Day” vs. “Overnight”:
Carrier services labeled “Next Day Air” do not guarantee same-day shipment or
Saturday delivery. “Next Day” refers to delivery one business day after the
order is shipped—not necessarily the day after it is placed. For time-critical
deliveries, please select Overnight Shipping and note that orders placed
after 12 PM MT may ship the following business day.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Accuracy

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@SeventhHeavenHair.com. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

Delivery

Packages are delivered directly to your mailbox or doorstep. If your delivery location is considered unsecured, your package may be held at a nearby facility for pickup.

Taxes

Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address.

Returns & Exchanges

If your order isn’t quite right, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges. Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Final Sale items may be exchanged for store credit
• Styling tools & accessories are Final Sale and eligible for store credit only

Tester Weft

Every set includes a tester weft. Use it to assess color before unsealing the full set. Once the netting is opened on the clip-ins, we cannot accept the return.

Exchange Instructions

1. To initiate a return or exchange, Visit Our Returns Portal within 30 days of delivery. Simply enter your order number and shipping ZIP code, then click "Get Started." Follow the guided steps to complete your request. 

2. Keep extensions sealed in original packaging.

Refund Timeline

Returns are inspected within 5–7 business days of arrival. Approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may require additional processing time.
